WELCOME & THANK YOU!

Welcome to the SCHOOL Yoga Library! We are excited to have you with us on this journey toward more peaceful learning together. Both students and teachers will benefit from our secular yoga mindfulness practices when practiced consistently within the bell schedule.
Thank you for joining us! 

BEFORE YOU BEGIN:

​1.    The SCHOOL Yoga Library is organized in shelves.  Please play the lessons in order.
2.    One FULL lesson is practiced per week.
3.    The corresponding FOLLOW-UP lesson is practiced daily for the remainder of that same week. 
4.    Schedule a day and time for these lessons and be consistent to build learning.
5.    It will take at least four to six lessons to acclimate to the SCHOOL Yoga & Mindfulness routine.
6.    The Classroom Group Activity for each lesson is another tool to build prosocial skills.
7.    Teachers practice with students to boost participation.
8.    Teachers need to gently remind students to sit nice and tall, eyes on Ms. Kelly, and join in with Calm Breathing Calm Hearts.
9.    This is a work in progress for all of us!
